Breeze-France.com is a bilingual property website that provides tools and services to aid communication between French property agents and English-speaking clients.

CakeDC began with the existing codebase of Breeze-France and implemented new features such as automatic properties import and Paypal integration. CakeDC also added tests to the existing application, and refactored and improved where needed. CakeDC continues to provide technical advice to Breeze and helps the development team improve their application on an ongoing basis.

CakeQs is a synthesis of a forum a wiki a newsgroup and a classic forum. Its a place where people can ask questions related to cakephp and its related areas. Its a multi-lingual application that supports any language and filters its content based on the selected language. This application was an in-house project of the Cake Development Corporation and developed in a very short time.

Augme Mobile is a platform that provides a means for companies to take advantage of the ever-increasing opportunities to reach their markets using mobile devices and cell phones. The technology used in the application included QR/Datamatrix barcodes and SMS tags as well as extensive use of methodologies to provide for properly formatted web pages to be displayed regardless of the device used to view them.

We were contacted to take over this project when it became apparent that the original developers were no longer able to extend or even maintain the codebase due to their lack of knowledge about CakePHP or basic Object Oriented Programming principles. After extensive refactoring and rewriting of the original application, CakeDC was not only able to get the site working in the manner Augme had envisioned, but we were also able to extend the functionality dramatically allowing Augme to provide the services their clients had requested but were previously unobtainable. This, in turn allowed Augme to pursue new clients with an aggressiveness that only the confidence in your application will give your sales team.

English360 is an innovative e-learning, easy-to-use web-based learning platform that lets business English and ESP teachers create and deliver personalized learning. Language schools and teachers can now go digital and deliver blended learning quickly and easily and provide this alongside face-to-face teaching.

We were brought in to add additional functionality to the existing code base.We rewrote a large portion of the code and implemented test cases.

Livesteez is an exciting social networking tool that pulls under one roof all the things that bring people together: current events, popular culture, personal tastes, and a love for expanding one's social circle. With a focus on the African American community, Livesteez combines a finger-on-the-pulse cultural awareness with interactivity that allows the user to share about him- or herself while networking within a diverse group of fellow Livesteez members.

The Livesteez platform, re-developed for 2009 using CakePHP version 1.2, gives a high degree of control to the site's administrators while also allowing user driven content to shape the site's tone and feel. The all new interface allows users to upload photos and short biographies in their personal profile, and then utilize their online presence to join common interest user communities, sound off about the topics that interest them, or simply browse the user database for new friends and contacts.
